Mixed Flour Dhokla

Take a bowl and put gram flour, semolina turmeric powder,whisked curd,salt and water in it. Mix all the ingredients well and make sure that lumps are not formed in the batter. Whisk the mixture well.

Now add 2 -3 cups water in steamer at bottom and heat it over medium flame. Grease plate with oil.

Add eno powder in batter and stir in one direction for 1 minute.

Now pour batter immediately and greased plate and sprinkle red chilli powder on it. Fill it upto 1/2-inch thicknesses.

Place plate in steamer and steam for 15 minutes over medium flame.

After 15 minutes, insert a knife or toothpick into dhokla and check if it is clean. If it does, then it is ready otherwise cook 2-3 minutes more.

Takeout plate from steamer and let them cool for few minutes. Cut into desire shapes. Serve hot with chutney.
