Beat the two eggs and add salt to taste.

Cook one side of the egg on a hot pan

Before turning to cook the second side, place your chapati on the uncooked side of the egg, then turn the egg (sich that the chapati side is on the pan)

Cook till there is no more running egg

Serve with an accompaniment of choice like tea or vegetables.
