Boil the chicken drumsticks in plenty of water for about 1 hour.

Cut the potatoes and add them to the pot with the chicken. Boil together for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and drain, saving all the cooking liquid in a bowl.

Place only the drumsticks and potatoes in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) with convection if available.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the cooking liquid. Be sure to crumble the bouillon cube before mixing.

Pour the seasoned liquid over the chicken and potatoes, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour. Then remove the foil, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C), and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve with a salad of your choice.
