Steps

Mix olive oil, crushed garlic, pepper, and salt for 15 minutes to allow the oil to absorb the flavor

Filter the oil and use as marinade for the pork cuts
- 3
Saute the garlic (with a few remaining oil) in low heat then on mddium heat until a little toasted. Remove from heat

Cook the pork with marinade until no raw part is visible. Put worcestershire and oyster sauce and mix until well incorporated.

When sauce is a little reduced, add the toasted garlic and butter.

Taste if additional salt and pepper is needed.
