Ingredients

200 GMboiled Arbi(taro root)
1 cuptomato puree
3 tspoil
to tastesalt and pepper powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1 cupcurd

Steps

In a pan add oil.then add tomato puree.cook for two minutes.

Now add all spices.cook for a minute.

Now add arbi.cook for five minutes.switch off the gas.

Add curd and mix well.

Curd Arbi is ready to serve hot.
