Besan Chilla

Take a bowl. Add besan and other ingredients mentioned above leaving water.

Mix the dry mixture properly without adding water. Now add water slowly and make it a lump free batter.

Heat a pan. Pour one spoonful of batter and spread it in a circular (dosa) shape. Drizzle oil on it and sides of it. Cook on slow flame without lid. Once cook, flip it to the other side. Your besan chilas are ready. Serve it with chutney or sauce. Or just enjoy it with a cup of hot tea.
