Cashew layer:
In a pan, add mawa and all other ingredients and cook till it forms a smooth paste and lastly add red color and mix it. The longer you cook the chewier the burfi will be. - 4
Assembly:
Add a layer of pistachio burfi.
Then add a layer of cashew burfi. Add chopped Pistachios and cashew on top.
Let it set at room temperature for at least 2 hours. - 5
Ready to serve it.
