1beetroot (peeled and sliced)
3carrots (peeled and sliced)
2potatoes (boiled and peeled)
3-4green chillis
1/2ginger (cut in juliens)
3 tbspchaat masala
2 tbspred chilli powder
2 tbspsalt
1/2 cupcorn starch
1plate bread crumbs/corn meal

Grate the beetroot/carrot/chillis/ginger and mix with the spices and corn flour to make a dough like form.

Take out small batches and make it in square shapes and dip in bread crumbs/corn meal (i used corn meal) and deep fry in hot oil.
