0ven baked chicken thighs

If there’s one thing I love about weeknight dinners, it’s when the oven does all the work. Perfect for lazy evenings when you want something that looks (and tastes) like you tried hard—but you really didn’t.
These oven baked chicken thighs are juicy and full of flavour without much effort. All you need is a quick mix of spices, and about 40 minutes in the oven. That’s it.
I usually serve them with a simple salad, and fries, but honestly, they’re good with just about anything—rice, pasta, bread.
Pro tip: don’t skip the resting time! Let the chicken sit for a few minutes after baking so the juices settle. You’ll thank yourself when you bite into that first piece.
Simple, fuss-free, and delicious—exactly how dinner should be
