Steps

Firstly blanch spinach leaves. After cooling make smooth paste.

Now take pan and add ghee.

Add chopped onions and green chilli. fry till they turn translucent.

Now add spinach paste and saute for few minutes. Add salt and saute.

Lastly add cooked basmati rice and mix well without breaking rice grains. cook for a minute. Serve spinach rice with raita or as it is.
