In a pan add oil, garlic and green onion. Cook on low flame for a minute

Add sweet corn and capsicum. Cook for a minute on medium flame
- 3
Add Shezwan sauce and mix well. Cook for a minute.

Add lemon skin and maggi masala. Mix well and cook for another minute
- 5
Add fresh coriander and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute
- 6
Add cooked rice and mix well. Serve hot.
