Ingredients

25 minutes
8 waffles
  • 1 1/3 cupsflour (about 160 grams)
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupmilk (about 240 grams)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda or baking powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spices or herbs
  • 1steamed broccoli
  • 2/3 cupshredded cheddar (about 70 grams)
  • 8 slicescooked bacon, chopped into small pieces

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Whisk together the milk, eggs, salt/pepper, baking soda, and flour

  2. 2

    Mash the steamed broccoli with a fork, then add the cheddar and bacon

    Pour into your mold and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C)
