Quick Breakfast Garlic Rusk from Long Bun

So no mood to have egg, paratha, salan, chanay, cereal, french toast, pancakes... my husband gets tired with all breakfast items...and he knows k in biwi kuch na kuch to alug bana hi laygi... so fortunately, the long bun in my fridge have been sitting since 3 days so I turned it into delicious garlicky herb rusk and served with coffee😄
Quick Breakfast Garlic Rusk from Long Bun

Take long buns, cut into 4 in lengthwise

In the mean while, take butter chunck and microwave for 5 secs. It gets melted.

Add garlic powder, thyme and paprika. Add olive oil too.

Mix it well.

Preheat the oven at 200 C and start dipping the long cut bun into the garlicky butter mixture and spread on to wire stack

Once all done, shred the cheese all over. And put it n the over for 7-8 mins. It turns into golden and lightly crispy

Take it out and serve with tea and coffee
