Arbi fry is a simple dish cooked with Indian spices and can be served with roti, dal and rice as a complete dish.

Rinse arbi very well. Take them into a pressure cooker pour enough water and close the cooker with the lid. Pressure cook for 3 whistle.

Open the lid and strain out the hot water and peel off the skin.

Heat oil in a pan for frying the boiled arbi. Once the oil is hot, apply salt on arbi and deep fry arbi from both sides till it's golden brown.

On a plate add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and put this mixture on fried arbi and mix well. Stir fry on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes and later turn off the heat.

Serve hot and crispy arbi with roti and enjoy!
