Add butter, salt powdered sugar, oil and knead. Add water little by little and make soft dough.

Add oil on top and seal n refrigerate for 12 hrs.
Next day dust maida on kitchen platform roll n spread the dough to a thin layer. Keep ready 1/2 cup butter, custard powder n powder sugar. - 3
Apply butter and sprinkle custard powder and sprinkle maida and sprinkle powdered sugar. Mix n spread with spatula. Fold the layer to half and again apply butter, custard powder n powdered sugar. Again fold repeat 6 times.

Cover it n refrigerate for 1 hr. After 1 hr take out and roll it and knead n spread the dough n make a 10mm thick layer. Not too thin. Cut it into squares

Fold the corners of the square and press in centre. Complete all squares. Now folded varkeys are ready to b baked.

Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 min. Then bake varkeys for 40min.
