#immunity
This is a basic one that's made in almost every Indian home. The preparation method might be different but it is absolutely an excellent option for many a simple ailments like Dehydration, Fever, Common Cold and Flu etc. It actually makes us feel good. Increases our immunity and gives us the strength to combat the illness. This is the most simplest and is not at all spicy. It is plain and bland but still it's good when you have it during the illness. It tastes yummy during those days and you will just love to have it. Our tastebuds feel better when we sip this.
We as kids use to love this simple Ganji made by mom. And even now I enjoy this with my kids. And it's an easy one to make as well. With just a few ingredients or say only 3 of them, you will be able to make such an healthy Soup. It can be called as Rice Soup.

Steps

10-12 minutes
  1. 1

Wash and clean Rice with water as needed. Drain and add it to a Pressure Cooker. With water and little Salt, pressure cook it for a few whistles.

  2. 2

Let the steam settle down on it's own before opening the lid of the cooker. Mash the cooked Rice gently. But not mash the whole of it, reserve a few grains. You will love them as you sip.

  3. 3

Adjust Salt according to taste now. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve it piping hot right away.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
