Ingredients

10 mins + baking
4-6 servings
  1. 3/4 cupplant-based yogurt (or your preferred type)
  2. 1 cupoat bran
  3. 2 tablespoonscoconut flour (or 3 1/2 tablespoons oat or wheat flour)
  4. 3 1/2 tablespoonserythritol (or 3 tablespoons sugar)
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1little vanilla
  7. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

10 mins + baking

    Mix everything and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

    You can fill it with 70% chocolate like I did, or with fruit, jam, or nuts, whatever you like 😉
