Chicken Fried Rice with Chicken Manchurian

In a bowl add pieces of chicken, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, beaten egg and cornflour. Mix it properly and keep aside for half hour.

Take a pan and add oil and deep fry or shallow fry the pieces. Once done cut half of it in small pieces for fried rice. (The other half will be used in chicken manchurian. Keep them as it is.)

To prepare fried rice. Take oil in pan and add garlic and let it cook. Then add in chopped onions.

Add in rice. If it is day old it's great or else cold rice. Mix it properly. You can add vegetables as per your choice.

Add vinegar, salt, pepper and soya sauce and mix again. Make a well in between and add in the beaten eggs. Mix it slowly with rest of the rice. Once mixed add in the chicken.

Mix properly and serve garnished with spring onion leaves.

For chicken manchurian. Take oil in pan and add chopped garlic. Saute for few minutes.

Then add in onion petals and capsicum. Add in soya sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Saute for few minutes and add in water.

Once boiled add in cornflour mixture as per thickness consistency. Now add in salt pepper and the chicken pieces. Saute for a minute and serve hot.
