Even with store bought ravioli this quick dish can be a luxurious first course or an amazing lunch

Ingredients

  1. 1 packravioli- fresh if possible. I like the porcini mushroom ones
  2. 200 mlmilk
  3. 50 grParmesan cheese grated
  4. 50 grtuna from can
  5. 1 tspcapers
  6. Truffle sliced and or truffle oil (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the ravioli as per instructions - I always was taught. To cook pasta in water “as salty as the sea” 😂

    Roughly chop the capers. Once the pasta has cooked arrange on 2 plates and discard the water.

  3. 3

    In the same pan add the milk and bring to a simmer then add the cheese stir to melt
    Then add the tuna and capers.

    Pour the sauce over the pasta and add the truffles (optional) or some fresh basil. ENJOY

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
