First, fry the walnuts in a pan over low heat until crispy and allow the color to change slightly. Cool completely, powder in a mixer. Heat ghee in a pan, add walnut powder and saut over low heat.

Add milk, jaggery, cardamom powder and saffron. Stir constantly until all is combined. The mixture was stirred over a slow flame until it became thick

Grease the mold and spread the mixture in the mold. Add walnuts for garnish on top and press gently and let the ice set for about 30 minutes. Then cut it into squares.
