Mango loaf cake/Eggless/No condensed milk

I’m so excited to share this Eggless Mango Cake recipe with you guys as My Facebook page Uncyclopedia crossed the 1k mark.This was just an experiment, and it turned out to be super yum & beautiful I used my vanilla cake as a reference to this recipe, played around with the ingredients & completely skipped the eggs. The eggs were swapped with mango puree. And tadaaa.... The cake was super moist and bursting with mango flavor, and look at the gorgeous yellow color! Such a visual treat

1.Preheat the oven to 170 deg C.

Mix sugar,mango pulp,oil,vanilla essence together.
3.Sift the dry ingredients together & mix.Add milk to get a thick pouring consistency. - 3
4.Pour the batter to a greased loaf pan.Bake at 170 deg C for 50 minutes or until the skewer pricked in the centre comes out clean.
Once cooled, pour some mango glaze & pistachios on top & enjoy the super moist mango cake slices.
