Make a sugar syrup by adding 1/2 water n 1/2 cup sugar on a medium flame in a pot

Crush the pheeni with hands add butter to it then mix it well

Now make the filling by taking milk in a pot let it boil then add 2 tsp sugar then corn flour n whisk it to mix well for 5mins

Add vanilla essence n color to it.

Now take a cake baking mould grease it with butter.... Put half of pheeni to make a base then stamp it

Pour the cream filling spread it evenly leaving the edges then put rest the pheeni over it to cover the cream properly

Take a non-stick pot...put the mould in it n cover the lid...on a low flame

After 10 mins flip it over

Both sides will become golden brown... flip it in a serving dish pour the sugar syrup n sprinkle pistachio powder and its ready to serve
