In a bowl beat an egg and add salt.

Add mushroom and olives in the egg.

Inna pan take some oil and add the egg mixture to cook.

Flip the side of the omelette and spread cheese on the cooked side and cover with a lid to let the cheese melt completely

Serve the omelette hot.
