Ingredients

30 minutes
3 persons
  • 6big green chillies (Jalapeños or Bhavnagari chillies)
  • 1 cupgrated cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cupgrated processed cheese
  • 1/4 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbspboiled corn kernels
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped bel peppers (red+yellow+green)
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut chillies half in length wise and discard seeds.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except mozzarella cheese and mix well.

    Fill the chillies with prepared mixture and top up with mozzarella cheese.

    Place prepared chillies in greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or till cheese melts and top layer becomes light golden on 200℃.

    Serve with your choice of dip.
