  • 1/2 kg Besan
  • 10-12 slicesBread
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • As per tastesalt
  • Pinchpudina
  • Pinchblack pepper n black salt

    Mix besan with half bowl water..add spices mentioned above n stir batter nicely..

    Now cut the bread in two halves..

    Dip in batter n fry the bread until golden brown..
