Omelette Pizza
Steps

Crack all the eggs in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt and beat till its lump free. keep it aside.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add chopped onion, capsicum and sautē for 1/2 mins. Then add chopped tomato, red chilli sauce, dark soy sauce and stir fry for few seconds. Switch off the gas. Remove veggies into a plate.

Now in same pan add little more oil. Spread the oil and keep the gas on low flame. Pour eggs mixture to form omelette. Cook for 2 mins on low flame. As eggs are completely set, flip the omelette.

Spread tomatoes ketchup and green chilli sauce on the top of omelette. Arrange the fry veggies on it. Then, spread grated cheese. Sprinkle remaining red chilli flakes and black pepper powder. Cover and cook until cheese melts on low flame for about 2 to 3 mins.

Then slowly transfer it to a plate. (the omelette pizza, slide easily on to the plate or slowly transfer it on plate, with the help of spatula)

Cut it into slices and serve hot.
