In a cloth take curd and hung it. There should be no water.

In a pan boil milk and reduce it to 4cups of milk.l. In a next pan take sugar melt it on slow flame till it gets nice brown color.Now add boiled milk to and stir it. Cool it. In another bowl take hung curd whisk properly, add caramalized milk at room temperature stir and pour it in a earthen pot and keep it for 6-7 hrs till the curd is set properly.

Once curd is set, Mishti Doi is ready.
