Heat the tandoor

Cut the onions and green chillies into smaller pieces

Make a mixture of gram flour, chopped onions, green chillies

Add all spices in it with desi ghee

Now make a roti and add the stuffing in it

Again make a small roti then do big on palms

Then make this missi roti in tandoor

Serve hot with curd
