Steps

Take an onion peel and slice, chop capsicum, carrot, peas, and corn kernels.

Take a soaked rice rinse. Take a nonstick wok put oil.

Oil heat put rinse rice saute in 5 minutes then light brown color then add onion, veggies and chop garlic mix and saute in 2 minutes.

Then add 2 cups of vegetable stock mix then add salt and pepper mix well.

Get the water boil on high flame now cover with lid simmer for 20 minutes.

Turn off flame and rest for 5 minutes.

Then enjoy Mexican rice.
