Carrot has a baby- friendly flavor and is sweet and this makes a nutritious colourful soup and is a great hit for your kids. With ample vitamins this soup does wonder for vision and skin of your toddlers. Decorate your soup to look like a cut red panda.

2large carrot
1medium onion
1small tomato
2 tbspbutter
1/2 tspsalt
1 tbspmilk cream
1/2 tsppepper powder
11/2 cupvegetable broth
1 cupmilk

Steps

Dice the onion and add it to a pot along with the butter.Sauté the onion until soft and translucent.

Add sliced carrot and potatoes and sauté. Now add some tomatoes, salt,1 tbsp milk cream and cook till it is mushy. Add vegetable broth (I used vegetable of my choice, chicken broth can also be used). Add pepper powder and mix. Cool down

Transfer to a blender and make a smooth slurry

Transfer to the same cooking pot again and add 1 cup boiled cooled milk and mix nicely

Transfer to a soup dish and just before serving hot add a dollop of butter and some pepper powder and enjoy with toasted bread.
