    Preparation:
    ●Put the milk and oil in the same bowl and mix well.
    ● Divide the egg into egg yolk and egg white.
    ------------------------------------------------------
    Making the meringue first and add sugar in several times.

    After finish the meringue,
    Add the egg yolk into the bowl and stir well.

    Sift in all powders. Stir gently and evenly.

    Add a pinch of batter into the oil and milk mixture.
    Stir slightly.

    Then pour it into the batter and mix well.

    Pour into the cake mold.
    Then use a skewer to make a slight circle around it to take out more air bubbles.

    Put it in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.

    After cooling, you can divide the cake into two pieces.
    Add your favorite fruit or cream to decorate the cake.
