Cook your onions until translucent don't wait for them to brown

Cut your precooked sausages and add to the cooked onions
Keep the heat low

Add black pepper and salt then add your sweet potatoes

Cover and let cook for 5 minutes then serve with a fruit of your choice and a cup of ginger tea
