500 mlfresh cream
100 mllemon juice
20 gthyme
20 gsalt
8 piecechicken thigh
50 mlOil

Mix the fresh cream, lemon juice, salt and thyme in a bowl
2

Take the chicken pieces and marinate well
3

Rub the oil on a roasting pan and place chicken on top
4

Roast for 30 minutes until cooked fully
5

You can pipe some mash and serve with roasted butternut as a main meal
