Garlic-Potato Nuggets

Steps

Add salt and all the masala to the boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix it well. Divide into equal portions and give a log shape. Roll it with some corn starch.

Cut each log into three parts as shown in the picture. Roll it with corn starch. Keep oil ready.

Dip the nuggets in corn starch slurry. Roll it in bread crumbs.

Deep fry it until it is golden in colour. Serve hot.

The best option for vegan.
