Gooseberry chutney
Steps
- 1
Wash proper amla & coriander leaves. Keep in strainer till soaked water.
- 2
Now remove the amla seeds. All ingredients transfer into jar, grind it & make smooth paste. If required add some water.
- 3
We can preserve it for 4 to 5 days in refrigerator. Amla is very healthy source of vitamin c. So the chutney is ready.
