In a pressure cooker heat oil add mutton kheema saute well till all the water soak. Add ginger garlic paste, all the masalas,salt & 1/2 cup of water & close the lid & cook till 3 whistle. Remove in bowl & cool the mixture.

Add green chilli, peas & coriander leaves mix well. Grease oil in palm take portion of mashed potato flat it add kheema mixture & roll them give patties shape.

Dip Patties in egg & bread crumb, fry them in low flame. Enjoy with ketchup & chutney
