  • 3/4 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the onions.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry onion till light golden in colour.

    Add in water.

    Leave it to cool.

    Put this in a blender.

    Blend it into a smooth paste.

    Put it in an air tight container.

    Freeze them.Defrost or thaw 1 hour before use.
