Steps

1hr.
  1. 1

In a food processor add all the above-mentioned ingredients (except bread crumbs and gram flour). Grind well to make a smooth paste.

  2. 2

Transfer the prepared paste into a large bowl. Add bread crumbs, gram flour, and 1/2 tsp oil. Mix everything well. Cover the bowl with a lid. Keep in refrigerator for about 30 mins.

  3. 3

After 30 mins. take out the bowl from the refrigerator. Grease the skewers then divide the mixture into equal portions.

  4. 4

Spread each portion into the skewer creating a uniformly flattened shape around the skewer.

  5. 5

Grease the grill pan and place the skewers making a small distance from each other. In a medium flame cook them until they turn into golden brown colour. Now it's done.

  6. 6

Transfer the chicken seekh kabab into a serving plate. Squeeze some drops of lemon juice and sprinkle some black salt to enhance the taste. Serve them with mint chutney and with some onion rings.
