Mustard greens and cornmeal flatbread
  1. 8.8 ozmustard greens (about 250 grams)
  2. as neededOil
  3. Salt to taste
  4. as neededCornmeal
  5. 1 bowlPlenty of clarified butter (ghee), about

  1. 1

    Pressure cook the mustard greens along with onions, garlic, and ginger until soft. Set aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan, heat plenty of ghee. Add the cooked greens mixture, mix well, add all the spices, and cook thoroughly until well combined and fried.

  3. 3

    Take cornmeal and knead it into a dough using warm water.

  4. 4

    Shape the dough into flatbreads and cook them on a hot griddle. Serve hot, generously spreading ghee on top.
