Pressure cook the mustard greens along with onions, garlic, and ginger until soft. Set aside.

In a pan, heat plenty of ghee. Add the cooked greens mixture, mix well, add all the spices, and cook thoroughly until well combined and fried.

Take cornmeal and knead it into a dough using warm water.

Shape the dough into flatbreads and cook them on a hot griddle. Serve hot, generously spreading ghee on top.
