First wash the Parwal, wipe it and cut the ends and slightly slits on both the sidewise, then add little turmeric powder and salt, mix it well and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai add Parwal and fry them on low flame, slightly press the parwal with spatula and fry till becomes golden brown.

Remove fried parwal in a plate, keep aside.

Now heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds and let it splutter then add chopped onion, green chillies, grated ginger and saute few seconds. Then add coriander powder, turmeric powder,salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix it well. Lastly add coriander leaves and mix.

Masala is ready now add fried parwal and mix everything properly.

Parwal masala fry is ready serve with dal rice.
