Add salt and vinegar in water and dip chicken pieces for 15 minute then wash out and drain properly.

Pat dry chicken pieces then add rest of the ingredients.

Mix properly with your hands. Cover and marinate in the frodge for 4 hours or over night for best results.

Before frying add gram flour rice flour half of sesame seeds and flour.

Mix properly and add some water if required. Make a smooth marination. Add half of sesame seeds again.

Heat mustard oil and fry chicken pieces for 15 minutes on low flame. Turn after 2 to 3 minutes.

Drain out and serve with lemon ketchup and mint raita.
