Wash potato and cut in round shape. And take onions cut Julienne cut

Take a kadai add oil in it. Add onion and mix. When onion gets golden brown add potato and all masala in it. Mix it well add tomato and mix all the ingredients.

Cover the kadai and cooked 15 minutes in slow flame. When potato gets soft. Turn off the flame and serve with roti.
