Chocolate cake (eggless)

This is my favourite chocolate cake which I make for family dinners , birthdays, and everything in between. And ofcourse yes chocolate cake never goes out of style. I find more bakers are always on look out for cake recipe that can be made so quickly without compromising the texture and the flavour . And this chocolate recipe is just that.

Steps

Preheat oven to 350deg. Fahrenheit and place rack at the center of oven. spray oil. Then line the bottom of the pans with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl take all the above-mentioned ingredients and whisk properly. Evenly divide the batter between the two pans and bake for about 30 min.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Then remove the cakes from the pans and cool completely.

Cut into pieces and top garnish with some chopped nuts. Enjoy the spongy and fluffy chocolate cake.
