Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupLeft over any dal
  2. 5 bread slices
  3. 2 tbspbesan
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1/2 tspajwain
  6. 1/2 tsp jeera
  7. 50 gm pudina
  8. 2Green chilies
  9. 1 tbsp imli and jaggery
  10. 2chopped onions,
  11. 1 cupFinely chopped coriander
  12. as required Soaked imli and jaggery

Steps

  1. 1

    Pudina chutney-
    In a mixer grinder, add pudina, imli and jaggery water, salt as per taste, chilies.
    Now grind these above ingredients and the pudina chutney is ready.

  2. 2

    Dal pakodas-
    In Any leftover dal, add jeera, jwain, chopped onions, besan, salt, coriander and bread.
    Now mix these ingredients and mixture should be formed as pakoda mixture.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a pan.
    Make small balls of mixture or ant shape of pakodas as per your choice.
    Now deep fry them
    After it turns brown, then serve with pudina chutney.
