Ingredients

  1. 2 cup / 200 gmPasta
  2. 3 tspCooking oil -
  3. as per requirementCapsicum
  4. 2Onions -
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste -
  6. 3Green chilies -
  7. 2Tomatoes -
  8. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
  9. 1 tspChilli powder -
  10. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder -
  11. 1/2 tspGaram masala -
  12. 1/2 tspCoriander powder -
  13. As requiredSalt
  14. 1 tspTomato sauce -
  15. 1/2 tspPasta masala
  16. 1 tspMayonnaise (of your choice)

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the required amount of water to a bowl and add ½ tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil.
    When the water is boiling, add 2 cups of pasta.
    Cook for 10 - 15 minutes or cook until it becomes soft.
    Once done, rinse under tap water and set aside.
    Add 2 tsp oil to a pan.
    When it is hot, add chopped capsicum. Cook until golden brown.

    Once done, set aside.
    Now add 2 chopped onions.
    Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 3 green chillies.
    Cook until the raw smell leaves.
    Then chop 2 tomatoes and add them to the mixture.
    Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, pasta masala, ½ tsp garam masala and add ½ tsp coriander powder with the required salt. Cook until oil separates on the sides.

    Add a tsp of tomato sauce and mayonnaise mix well.
    Add the cooked pasta.
    Delicious masala pasta is ready to serve.
