Clean and wash and cut the chicken in cubes.

Take a bowl add chicken, achari masala, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, zeera whole, crushed coriander seeds, salt, Habanero Sauce

Mix well and marinate for 20 hours.

Add baisan, all dry spices, Palak, onion and mix well. Then gradually add water to make a thick paste. Like this
When the oil becomes hot, put the batter with your hand. - 5
Make it golden on one side then turn with turner but keep an eye on that. Once other side also turns golden, take it out in strainer. Note: don’t put directly on plate otherwise excess oil will make them soft. Just keep it on a strainer for one minute and then put in serving plate.
