Steps

Let's make plum compote first.
For that..
Chop plum fruit roughly.
In a pan add chopped plum and sugar, let it cook on medium flame for 30-35 minutes. Till it cook well and Became thicker. - 2
You can add cardamom powder for flavour into compote.
Let it cool down completely.
(Compote will become more thicker as it cools down completely) - 3
Let's make sabudana porraige.
Soak one cup sabudana over night. - 4
In a sauce pan add milk, let it boil, stir in between. Then add condensed milk and let it cook further till it reduces.

Add dry fruit powder, and soked sabudana and let all cook nicely till done.

You can add more chopped dry
Nuts to make this porraige more rich in taste.
Let Sabudana porraige cools completely before serving. - 7
Now layer and assemble Parfait in tall glass.
First put sabudana porraige then top it with plum compote.
Garnish it with some chopped pistachio. And it's ready to enjoy.
