Ingredients

  1. 35spinach leaves
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Batter ingredients
  4. 2 cupsrice flour (about 250 grams)
  5. 1/3 cuptapioca flour (about 50 grams)
  6. 1egg
  7. 3 clovesgarlic (grated)
  8. 1/2 tspmushroom broth powder
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 cupwater (about 250 ml)

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes

    Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly. Drain.

    Pour all the batter ingredients into a bowl, mix well. Add one egg. Mix.

    Gradually add water. Mix well. Heat the oil. Dip the spinach leaves into the batter.

    Fry until golden brown. Drain and serve.
