Take sugar and egg white in a bowl. Give it a good whisk.

Add All-purpose flour, salt, milk and oil. Whisk again till fluffy.

Adjust consistency. Batter should be in dropping consistency. If neede add 1-2 tsp milk.

Heat a pan. Put 2 tbsp batter to the pan. Spread to a size of a CD. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes on one side. Flip after 2 minutes and cook for 1 minute on other side.

Take out and fold while warm.

Make all.
